Customers

Our reputation is maintained by compliance with our quality standards and processes. We are committed to protect customer information that is sensitive, private or confidential just as carefully as we protect our own, including all applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Laws and Regulations

We comply with the applicable laws and treaties of the countries in which we do business. This includes laws which have scope beyond their own national borders, such as regulations on Import & Export Control of product or services, and the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). These requirements apply to both UniqueSoft employees and agents, such as third-party sales representatives and our service providers, no matter where they are doing business.

Financial Integrity

We are committed to ensure all financial records, books, accounts, filings, etc. conform to generally accepted accounting principles. UniqueSoft will not make false, misleading, or artificial entries in any financial books, records, or accounts.

Communication

Managers are expected to lead by example and drive a culture of integrity which has as its foundation, our key values. We promote open and honest two-way communications to help ensure employees know what is expected of them and are comfortable seeking management guidance when they have questions. In addition, UniqueSoft has as part of its Open Door and Business Conduct Policy, established a Business Conduct Board whose responsibilities include the investigation of concerns or issues raised which may not be resolved at the immediate manager level. UniqueSoft will not tolerate retaliation against any employee who in good faith reports a possible violation of its policies.

Resolving and Avoiding Conflicts of Interest

UniqueSoft has established a Conflict of Interest Policy to help guide its employees and managers in handling a conflict of interest. Additionally, the company’s Open Door process and Business Conduct Board provide avenues for employees to seek answers and resolutions to any actual, perceived, or potential conflict of interest concerns.

Accountability
